Luscombe 8A Floorboard kit

Laser cut for a snug fit. If also ordering he floor support rails, only piece # 2 will require the removal of the brake pedals to then be permanently installed. All other pieces will install easily with no tools needed. They stay in place by fitting together. Plus, the floorboard will also hold everything together.
The main floor piece under the feet has nine lasered screw holes and removes easily. The front pieces, passenger side, 5 screws. Pilot side, 6 screws and these front pieces wont need to be removed once installed. 
The plywood itself is 5mm birch faced. Very hard plywood.
The wooden support rails are either Basswood or Poplar. About 3/4 of an inch thick. (21mm)
The approximate weight of the complete kit is 3.5lb. (56oz): All individual kits will be weighed on a NON CERTIFIED scale and each kit will have a tag indicating the weight of the kit. The floor support rails are treated with oil based Polyurethane. The plywood is left untreated, it already has a hard glossy finish. 
Floor pieces are about: 23.25oz
Support rails are about: 32.4oz
This is an in-house design. We also have a 1946 8a Luscombe and used our airplane for the pattern.
